How big is the groovybooth?

The booth measures 200cm(w) x 205cm(h) x 120cm(d) - the booth requires a minimum ceiling height of at least 220cm. We'll bring the booth flat-packed so if necessary we can navigate it through alleyways.

How many people can fit in the booth?

The groovybooth can accommodate up to five party-goers.

When do you arrive to set up?

We'll be with you two hours before your booth rental is due to start.

Okay. Can you arrive earlier in the day to set up?

We can indeed. Any early set up hours are charged at £25 per hour.

Can the groovybooth be located in a marquee?

Yes, as long as the marquee has sides, a completely flat and hard level floor and we have access to a power socket within 10 metres. Sorry, the groovybooth may NOT be used in a gazebo. If you have matting please provide a wooden base.

Can we have black & white pictures?

Yes! The touchscreen in the booth gives you the choice of colour or black and white photos.

How much do you charge for travel?

That depends. Generally we include travel but you're in London, a £100 fee applies, and if you're somewhere else just contact us and we'll work it out!

My venue has asked for your insurance details and PAT test certificate - can you provide these?

Not a problem. Just give us a call or drop us an email and we'll send the details across to you.

What about digital copies of the images? Can we have a copy of those?

Absolutely. At the end of the rental, we'll give you a usb stick containing all the images to keep forever (even the ones you might want to forget!).

And how do we pay?

You can pay by card (not Amex or Diners - sorry!), bank transfer or by cheque - easy. All we ask is that you provide us with a £100 deposit at the time of booking and that the full balance is settled one month prior to your event.
